Vintage Tag

Okay, I must confess, that I don't typically make tags.  In fact, this is only the 2nd one I have ever made!  I  was totally inspired to make these by the "Let's Make a Vintage/Distressed or Retro Tag" challenge on scrapbook.com.  This is my 2nd entry for the challenge.  I did my favorite new technique which has the effect of an image transfer, but can be done with an inkjet printer.  I printed the lady on vellum, dried the image with my heat gun, cropped her and then used Diamond Glaze to adhere her to the paper.  I added some layered paper, lace and embellishments to finish out the tag.
